Facebook Buys Daytum

Palo Alto-based Facebook has acquired Daytum, a New York-based developer of an iPhone application and service for organizing data. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Daytum said that founders Ryan Case and Nicholas Felton have moved to California to join Facebook's design team.
