Clickability Acquired By Limelight Networks

San Francisco-based Clickability, a developer of web content management software-as-a-service, has been acquired by content delivery provider Limelight Networks. Limelight said the deal was worth approximately $10M in a combination fo cash and stock. Clickability was venture backed by Convergence Partners and Shasta Ventures. The companies said that Clickability was advised by Catapult Advisors LLC in the deal.
