JiWire Locates $20M

San Francisco-based JiWire, a provider of location-based information for the wireless market, announced Friday that it has raised $20M in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Trident Capital, and also included prior investors Comcast Interactive Capital, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Norwest Venture Partners and Panorama Capital. The firm said the funding brings its total raised to $45M. Trident's John Moragne joins the company's board of directors. More information »
