Lytro Takes On Digital Cameras With $50M In Funding
Mountain View-based Lytro, which is developing digital cameras technology which can render photos in any focal plane, launched today, with $50M in backing from Andreessen Horowitz. The firm is based on research out of Stanford by Dr. Ren Ng.
