Omek Interactive Conjures Up $7M

Omek Interactive, a developer of gesture recognition and body tracking technology with offices in San Francisco, said today that it has raised $12M in a first close of its Series C funding round. The firm said the round was led by Intel Capital. Omek's headquarters is in Israel. The firm's technology uses 3D camera information to translate the movement of people into commands.
