CloudFlare Gets $20M More
San Francisco-based CloudFlare, a developer of web site optimization and security services, said Tuesday that it has raised $20M in a funding round. The round was led by New enterprise Assocations, and also included Venrock and Pelion Venture Partners. The Series B round will go towards building out its team and expanding its infrastructure. Scott Sandell of NEA joins CloudFlare's board with the funding. The company is run by Matthew Prince. More information »
