HotLink Finds $10M

Sunnyvale-based Hotlink, a developer of systems management software, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series A investment round. The round was led by Foundation Capital, and also included Leapfrog Ventures. HotLink develops software for managing virtual infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (KVM). The firm is headed by Lynn leBLanc, the former CEO and founder of FastScale Technology. William B. Elmore of Foundation and Andy Fillat of Leapfrog Ventures hvae joined the company's board as part of the funding. More information »
