MyNewPlace Acquired by RealPage

San Francisco-based Multifamily Technology Solutions, the parent firm of online housing rental marketplace MyNewPlace, has been acquired by RealPage. The deal was worth $74.4M, net of cash expected to be acquired. RealPage is a developer software-as-a-service products for the housing rental industry. MyNewPlace is an online, Internet listing service for rental properties.
