Rentlytics Acquired By RealPage

San Francisco-based Rentlytics, which develops business intelligence and performance analytics software for the multi-family real estate industry, has been acquired for $57M by RealPage. RealPage is based in Richardson, Texas, and also develops software for the real estate industry. RealPage said it will buy Rentlytics for approximately $57M in cash. The deal will add approximately $1.5M in revenues in the three months ending December 31, 2018. RealPage said the deal will "contribute immaterially" to its 2018 adjusted EBITDA. Rentlytics' prior investors include Trinity Ventures, Rincon Venture Partners, Cue Ball and Daher Capital.
