CloudOn Raises $7.7M

Palo Alto-based CloudOn, a developer of mobile productivity apps for smartphones, has raised $7.7M, a Series A preferred round for the firm. The new funding included Rembrandt Venture Partners and Foundation Capital, and was first disclosed through a regulatory filing this week. The firm's CEO is Milind Gadekar. More information »
