CloudOn Raises $16M For Mobile Office Software

Palo Alto-based CloudOn said today that it has raised $16M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Social+Capital Partnership, and also included Translink Capital, Foundation Capital, and Remembrandt Venture Partners. CloudOn develops software which allows mobile, iPad tablet users access their Microsoft Office and other enterprise documents in the cloud. More information »
