GENWI Gains $4M

Los Altos-based Genwi, whic his developing cloud publishing software aimed at tablets and smartphones, said today that it has raised $4M in a Series A round. The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners, and also included Inventus Capital Partners and Quest Venture Partners. GENWI provides software which makes it easier for publishers to deliver their content to iOS and Android phpones, as well as to HTML5. The firm is led by PJ Gurumohan, and says its customers include Vans Shoes, PBS Arizona, PBS Sprout Kids, Newser, and others. The firm has now raised $5.1M. More information »
