GENWI Snags $2M In Funding From Elevation, Floodgate

Los Altos based mobile publishing software firm GENWI has raised $2M in new funding, the firm said today, from investors Elevation Partners and Floodgate. GENWI has now raised $7.1M in funding. GENWI develops software which makes it easier for publishers to publish their content to mobile devices; the firm said it develops apps for such publishers as Conde Nast, Times of India, and The Hollywood Reporter. The company is headed by PJ Furomohan; the firm also has raised funding in the past from Nexus Venture Partners, Inventus Capital Partners, and Quest Venture Partners. More information »
