RichRelevance Acquires Searchandise

San Francisco-based RichRelevance, a provider of e-commerce personalization software, said Monday that it has acquired Searchandise Commerce, a provider of advertising technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. RichRelevance said the buy will expand its monetization and other capabilities. Searchandise was based in Beverly, Mass.
