RichRelevance Buys Avail

San Francisco-based RichRelevance said Monday that it has acquired Avail, the European online merchandising and personalization firm. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Avail was based in Sweden, and offered up e-commerce personalization software. Avail was advised by Scope Capital and Headwaters MB in the deal.
