Callidus Software Buys LeadFormix

Pleasanton-based Callidus Software, which develops sales force management software, said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired LeadFormix, a developer of marketing automation software. Callidus said it paid $9M in cash for LeadFormix, which was based in Santa Clara.
