Andreessen Horowitz Closes $1.5B Fund

Venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz said today that it has closed its third fund, to the tune of $1.5 billion. The new fund brings the total managed by the fund to $2.7 billion, only three years after the firm was founded. In a blog post, Ben Horowitz said that the firm is "uniquely positioned" to help the "greatest technology entrepreneurs in the world" built their companies.
