Castlight Health Finds $100M More
San Francisco-based Castlight Health, a developer of a service which helps companies lower the cost of health benefits, said today that it has raised $100M in a Series D funding round. The firm said the new funds came from two major unnamed mutual funds, as well as T. Rowe Price, Redmile Group and previous investors. Castlight Health has now raised over $181M. The firm's former investors include Maverick Capital, Morgan Stanley, Oak Investment Partners, The Cleveland Clinic, US Venture Partners, Venrock Associates, and Wellcome Trust. More information »
