Castlight Health Ups IPO Pricing Range

San Francisco-based Castlight Health, which develops cloud-based enterprise healthcare management software, has upped its IPO pricing range, saying in a filing that it now expects to IPo at between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. The company is looking to list on the New York Stock Exchange as CSLT. Castlight had earlier set an IPO range of $9.00 to $11.00 per share. Castlight is venture backed by Venrock, Oak Investment Partners, Maverick Capital, Fidelity Investments, Wellcome Trust, as well as others.
