99designs Buys 12designer

San Francisco-based 99designs, an online marketplace for graphic designs and logos, said today that it has acquired 12designer, a creative design firm in Germany. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. 99designs is venture backed by Accel Partners. 99designs said the buy will help it in its international expansion efforts. 99designs said that Germany is already its number one, non-English language market. 12designer founder and CEO Eva Missling becomes General Manager of Europe for the company.
