Aerospike Looks Up Series B
Mountain View-based Aerospike, which develops NoSQL database software, said today that it has raised a Series B funding round, led by New Enterprise Associates. Financial terms of the new investment were not disclosed. Prior investors Draper Associates and Alsop Louie Partners also participated. As part of the funding, Don Haderle, who was key in developing IBM DB2, has joined the firm as an advisor. Rohini Chakravarthy of NEA has also joined the company's board. Aerospike was previously known as Citrusleaf.
