App Ant Studios Acquired By GREE

San Carlos-based App Ant Studios, which develops mobile games for iPhone and Android, has been acquired by Japanese mobile gaming firm GREE. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. App Ant helped develop GREE's Dino Life Android title. GREE said that App Ant Studios becomes part of its San Francisco studio, with all members of App Ant's team joining the firm.
