Lithium Technologies Buys Social Dynamx

Emeryville-based Lithium, which develops a range of social software, has acquired Social Dynamx, a developer of software for managing customer care and interaction online. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Social Dynamx was based in Austin. Lithium is venture backed by Emergence Capital Partners, Shasta Ventures, Benchmark Capital, NEA, SAP Ventures, DAG Ventures, Tenaya Capital, and Greenspring Associates.
