Marin Software Sets IPO Pricing Range
San Francisco-based Marin Software, which develops online advertising software, has set a range of its initial public offering. The firm said it now expects to sell 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at between $11.00 and $13.00 per share. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as MRIN. Marin Software is venture backed by Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, Temasek Capital, Focus Ventures, and Crosslink Ventures, among others. The new pricing raises the amount of funds to be raised by Marin to $104.6M, up from an initial $75M estimate.
