Outbox Gets $5M To Sort Your Mail
Outbox, a service which picks up your postal mail, and automatically sorts junk mail, digitizes bills, and allows you to view your mail on your iPhone or iPad, has raised $5M in a funding round to expand in San Francisco. The company said the funding was led by Mike Maples of Floodgate, along with Peter Thiel and Brian Singerman at Founders Fund. Other investors in the round included Correlation VC, TDF Ventures, WTI, Expansion VC, Joel Peterson Capital, and Emerge DE. Outbox has operations in both San Francisco and Austin. More information »
