Udemy Hits One Million Students

San Francisco-based online education provider Udemy said today that it has hit one million students on its online education site. The company says it now offers up more than 8,000 courses, and has just launched sitewide, localization in ten languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Russian, Korean and Turkish. Udemy is backed by Insight Partners, Lightbank Capital, MHS Capital and Learn Capital.
