Francisco Partners Invests In Paymetric

San Francisco-based private equity firm Francisco Partners has made a majority investment in Atlanta-based electronics payments firm Paymetric, the companies said Wednesday. Financial details of that majority investment were not announced. Paymetric said the move will provide it with a new financial partner to accelerate growth at the company. Paymetric was advised by Raymond James and Morris, Manning & Martin LLP in the deal; Francisco was asdvised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP. More information »
