Francisco Partners Invests in ShoreGroup

San Francisco-based private equity investor Francisco Partners is making a growth equity investment in software and managed services provider ShoreGroup, the two said this morning. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. Shoregroup is a provider of network management and software services to enterprises. ShoreGroup was advised by Moelis & Co. and Locke Lord in the deal. Francisco Partners was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Evercore.
