Porch Launches Home Improvement Project Site

Porch, a startup backed by a long list of Silicon Valley angel investors, has launched today, aimed at letting homeowners see the details of home improvement projects from their neighbors. According to the startup, which is backed by $6.25M in funding from such investors as Charles Moldow, Jeff Skoll, Rudy Gadre, Bill Lee, SV Angel, David Lee, Ron Conway, Javier Olivan, and Chamath Palihapitiya, the company provides full details of photos and costs for local home improvements for 75% of U.S. homes. The startup says it has details on over 90 million home projects. The company is based in Seattle.
