Trimble Buys UK's CSC For Structural Analysis

Sunnyvale-based Trimble said this morning that it is acquiring CSC,a UK-based company which develops software for the analysis and design of steel and concrete buildings. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Trimble said it acquired CSC from ISIS Equity Partners LLP and senior management. CSC becomes part of its Structures Division in the Engineering and Construction segment.
