Lemon Acquired By LifeLock For $42.6M
Palo Alto-based Lemon, a developer of mobile wallet software, has been acquired by LifeLock for $42.6M in cash plus earnout. Lemon was venture backed by Maveron, Lightspeed Venture Partners, CampVentures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and The Social+Capital Partnership, and had raised around $8M in funding. LifeLock is using the acquisition to launch a new tool called LifeLock Wallet, which has the Lemon's Wallet Plus app, and runs on iOS and Android.
