Bop.fm Acquired By LifeLock, Shut Down
San Francisco-based Bop.fm, the YCombinator-backed music streaming and aggregation service, has been acquired by LifeLock, and has shut down all of its services, according to its founders. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Bop.fm's founders have joined LifeLock to work on that company's identity theft and protection services and tools. As a result of the buy, all of Bop.fm's services have immediately been shut down.
