Autodesk Completes Delcam Buy

San Rafael-based Autodesk said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Delcam, a British developers of computer aided manufacturing software. The deal was worth approximately $286M in cash. The deal had originally been announced in November. Delcam develops design, manufacturing, and inspection software used for design of such things as aerospace products, automobile, toys, and sports equipment.
