GoPro Announces Plans For IPO

San Mateo-based action sports camera maker GoPro announced Friday that it plans to conduct a registered, initial public offering of its stock. Timing and details of the IPO have not yet been released. GoPro made a confidential submission of its draft registration statement Friday to the SEC.
