GoPro Acquires Kolor

San Mateo-based GoPro said this week that it has acquired French virtual reality developer Kolor, which develops technology to combine multiple photographs or videos to produce high-resolution panoramic or virtual reality content. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. GoPro aid that Kolor will remain operations at its headquarters in Savoie, France.
