Yahoo Buys Distill

Mountain View-based Yahoo has acquired Distill, which had been developing video interview and programming testing tools for the job and human resources market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Accoridng to Distill, it has stopped development of its tools and will shut down its service, and its team will instead work with Yahoo in the area of Yahoo's mobile advertising area. Distill's team was formerly at Tapjoy, and said that Yahoo specifically acquired its team due to its prior experience on that product.
