Altia Systems Finds $10.5M For Panoramic Video Cameras

Cupertino-based Altia Systems, a maker of panoramic videocameras used for high definition video streaming, has raised $10.5M in a funding round. The funding was led by Intel Capital. Altia's panoramic video cameras are used to give a wider field of view for the video conferencing and web collaboration market, and works with Cisco WEbEx, Citrix GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Lync, and other products.
