Instacart Finds $44M

San Francisco-based on-demand grocery delivery service Instacart, founded by Apoorva Mehta, said today that it has raised $44M in a Series B round. The funding was led by Andreesen Horowitz, and also included Sequoia Capital, Khosla Ventures and Canaan Partners. Angels Aaron Levie (Box) and Sam Altman (Y Combinator) also invested in the company.
