Myraqa Acquired By Illumina

Redwood City-based Myraqa, which provides regulatory and quality consulting services for the molecular diagnostics market, has been acquired by Illumina. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Myraqa provides regulatory strategy and application support to biopharmaceuticals firms, including PMAs, pre-submissions, IDEs, 510(k)s, and other related areas. Illumina is based in San Diego, California.
