Freshplum Acquired By TellApart

San Francisco-based Freshplum, a provider of e-commerce personalization and analytics tools, has been acquired by Burlingame-based TellApart. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Freshplum was venture backed by New Enteprise Associates, along with others.
