MetricStream Gains $60M In Strategic Funding

Palo Alto-based MetricStream, a developer of software for the corporate governance, risk, and compliance area, has raised $60M in a strategic funding round. The funding was led by Sageview Capital, and also included Goldman Sachs and Kaiser Permanente Ventures. Sageview's Ned Gilhuly joins the company's board with the funding.
