Eversight Finds $9.7M

Palo Alto-based Eversight, a developer of cloud software used for managing trade promotion dollars for retailers, said this week that it has raised $9.7M in a funding round. The Series A funding came from Emergence Capital Partners. Eversight said the funds will go towards engineering, sales and marketing, and service and support teams. The company is led by Jamie Rapperport. Eversight's software is used by retailers, who generally receive trade promotion dollars from consumer product goods companies to help reach out to consumers through advertising and promotion.
