Rooftop Media Acquired By Amazon.com

San Francisco-based Rooftop Media, which operates an online site focused on comedy clips, has been acquired by Amazon.com, via Amazon's Audible unit. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. Rooftop Media was venture backed by Azure Capital Partners and offers up an online library of comedy clips filmed at live comedy clubs.
