Intuit Buys Acrede

Mountain View-based Intuit has acquired UK-based cloud-based accounting and payroll services company Acrede, Acrede disclosed Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Acrede develops cloud-based payroll services handling cross border payments. No other details of the deal have been announced.
