Intel Invests $24.8M Into Vuzix

Intel has made a $24.8M investment into smart video eyeglasses maker Vuzix, Vuzix said Friday. Vusiz said that intel paid $5.00 per share for 49,626 shares of its Series A preferred stock, giving Intel a 30 percent stake in Vuzix. Vuzix is traded OTC. Vuzix develops fashion-based, wearable display products.
