Gravity4 Buys Zurmo

San Francisco-based Gravity4>, a developer of marketing software, said this week that it has acquired Zurmo, a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Gravity4 said it would rebrand Zurmo as CRM.me. Gravity4 explained that the buy is its sixth acquisition since it launched in mid 2014. Gravity4 is led by Gurbaksh Chahal.
