Gravity4 Buys Triggit

San Francisco-based Gravity4, which develops online marketing software, said last week that it has acquired another, San Francisco ad firm, Trig. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Triggit is the seventh acquisition by Gravity4, according to the company. Triggit offers up dynamic ad retargeting software, particularly on the Facebook Ad Exchange. Triggit was backed by Spark Capital and Foundry Group.
