Skydio Gets $3M For Smartphone Controlled Drone

Menlo Park-based Skydio, which develops drones which can be controlled by a smartphone, has raised $3M in a seed funding round. The funding came from Andreessen Horowitz and Accel Partners. The company said its founders were graduates of MIT, and were the first engineers on the Google[x] Wing Project. More information »
