Sparkcentral Gets $12M For Customer Support Software

San Francisco-based Sparkcentral, which develops software for managing real-time, customer service for enterprises, has raised $12M in a series B funding. The funding was led by Split Rock Partners, and also included Sigma West. Sparkcentral is led by Davy Kestens.
