DataRPM Adds Cloudera Co-Founder As Investor

San Mateo-based DataRPM, a developer of statistics software which runs on top of Hadoop, said Wednesday that it has added Cloudera co-founder Dr. Amr Awadallah as an investor. Size of the investment round was not disclosed. DataRPM said that the funding comes on top of funding from InterWest Partners, CIT CAP Funds, and 20K Industries Dr. Awadallah joins DataRPM as an advisor to the company.
